This commitment was recently recognised and celebrated at the BASE Supported Employment Awards 2023 in Leicester, where we proudly took home the Small/Micro Employer (less than 1000 employees) award sponsored by iDiversity Consulting Ltd.
This victory is not just an accolade; it’s a testament to the hard work and dedication of our incredible team. The award itself is about our ongoing mission to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace. Our small team of managers, each overseeing different aspects of the business, collaborates closely to ensure effective communication and drive our shared vision for inclusivity. As Lilly, Manager at Jigsaw Facilities, eloquently stated when collecting the award, “We just do what we do because it’s the right thing to do. Everyone deserves a chance at getting a job.”
The award, presented by Jay Cochran, COO at iDiversity Consulting Ltd, highlighted our strong policies and inclusive recruitment processes. In his words, “Jigsaw has such strong policies in place, and they are extending these to their clients and their recruitment processes.”
