Sales Terms
- Standard delivery within Manchester Area on our products is approx. 3-5 working days.
- Our office hours are 9am – 5pm GMT Mon – Fri.
- Orders may be made through our website, payment is required prior to the delivery of goods.
- We accept payment by credit and debit cards.
- All items come with a 14-day money back guarantee if you are at all dissatisfied, providing the product is complete and unopened and is in as new condition. Please note we cannot refund postage & packaging charges in this situation.
- Any breakages must be reported within 12 hours of receipt of goods (from time of signed delivery).
- Right to cancel any order placed prior to dispatch, a full refund will be provided for any order already paid for.
- For next day delivery please call us for a quotation or call us if you have any special delivery requirements.
- Manufacturers can change packaging style and colour at any time without warning, Jigsaw Facilities Ltd is obliged to inform customers only if the composition of product has changed or any other aspect of the product as described as shown on any images on the company website.
- The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.
- All our prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at the current government rate of 20%.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice.
- Where deliveries are made and there is no one to sign for it, we reserve the right to charge delivery again.
