Jigsaw Facilities provide social housing cleaning and sheltered accommodation for supported housing trusts and institutions. We clean all communal areas including stairwells, corridors, laundry rooms, management offices, kitchens, and resident lounges every day to ensure the facilities are hygienically clean and safe for elderly and vulnerable residents.
We can also report back on condition of accommodation to management following our regular cleaning as part of the service.
At each location, we work alongside the building managers to ensure we provide a cleaning service that benefits each resident and the property. We liaise with managers to carry out our cleaning services when events aren’t being carried out in communal areas to ensure the lease amount of disruption to residents. All our employees who work in our social housing facilities are required to have a relevant DBS check.
