That said, a lot has happened over the past 10 months and we’re keen to keep the momentum going.
Originally we were focussed on a split market, covering both domestic and commercial cleans. However, Hayley (our founder) decided to move in to the commercial area to allow her to also expand in to security, pest control, recycling and washroom services. By dedicating the business to one specific sector it’s clear that Jigsaw are now able to specialise, and in the future, hope to dominate.
At 10 months old Jigsaw now has 17 members of staff covering the Manchester and Chester areas, and there are plans to take on more. Hayley is in discussions with local companies to source an apprentice, and is looking at ways to upskill existing members of staff to add further value to the workforce.
A keen networker, Hayley is also reaching out to other businesses within the local community and is always keen to forge collaborative relationships, especially where there is a positive social environmental impact to be had.[/fusion_text][/one_full]
